Bell Net Limited, a subsidiary company of CATS has been
awarded by the Malta Communications Authority an Internet
Server Provider License. This means that Bell Med and CATS
can now offer their services to local business at much
better rates than before.

wins Major Bid for Healthcare IT Strategy in Malta.
MSD IT Limited a Joint Venture Company between Computer
Aided Technologies and Ernst & Young has been awarded the
the tender to formulate a national strategy for the Public
Healthcare sector in Malta and to issue a RFP for the new
hospital. With an 800-bed capacity, the new hospital is
one of the largest in Europe and the aim is to introduce a
very sophisticated Healthcare Information System based on
modern best practices that will serve the hospital and all
stakeholders that interact with the healthcare sector.

Computer Aided Technologies Buys Bell Med Limited
CATS has bought out a
remaining 70% shareholding in Bell Med Limited from the
Malta Stock Exchange and Malta Financial Services
Authority so it can expand on its Internet business.
Bell Med is well known for it international client list of
offshore betting. CATS vision is to expand further this
market and introduce new services related to its existing
markets like GIS and EDMS.
